As a Human Resources Generalist you will contribute to the successful operation of our People & Culture function, aiming at offering top-notch service to our Internal Customers, thus contributing in making Advantage a Great Place to Work!

Accountabilities / Basic Responsibilities

The right incumbent will play an active role in the introduction of innovate practices & policies, while will also be expected to be fully responsible for the smooth operational functioning of our Department regarding the following (indicative presentation):

ü  Supporting the Recruitment lifecycle and offering a unique Candidate Experience – candidate communications, CV’s database management

ü  Training organization - participations, conferences, certifications, etc.

ü  Payroll – related administration – Although we are not responsible for the payroll function, our team needs to supervise this function and ensure we are compliant to related labor law requirements.

ü  Departmental files’ management, including staff files, HRMS, databases, etc.

ü  Be the point of contact for AFSE Associates - Deal with employee requests regarding HR-related issues.

ü  Internal Communication – Ownership of our Internal Newsletters and active contribution to the overall Internal Communication function.

ü  Promotion & Sponsorships – Monitor industry related events & Organize sponsorships.

ü  Staff Club – Participate in activities’ planning, internal communication / promotion, etc.

ü  Corporate Social Responsibility – Participation in events’ organization & partners’ relationships.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience / Competencies

ü  Prior working experience – Although prior HR-related working experience is not necessary, 1-2 years maximum, would be nice to have.

ü  HR related studies at an MSc level.

ü  Excellent interpersonal skills.

ü  Strong communication skills - Verbal & Written Greek & English (C2 level)

ü  High-level Quality orientation – Our Company has managed to be as successful as it currently is due to its high-level quality products & services (among other things…).  We need to ensure that the same level quality services are also offered internally, to our internal customers.

ü  Tech-savvy – All MS Office applications’ knowledge must be at extremely high level, including MS Project & MS Publisher and confidence in using technology in general.

ü  Professionalism – This entails both appearance & grooming (we will be setting the example J) and general behavior & work ethic, with sensitivity to confidential matters & discretion being at the top of the list!
