THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT & HOW WE USE IT

Advantage collects personal data directly from you (the information you provide to us when submitting your application) as well as from third-party sources, such as professional recruitment firms and websites such as LinkedIn.

We process applicants’ personal data for recruitment purposes:

  • To consider applicants for the positions applied for;
  • To match applicants with other open positions;
  • To contact applicants to schedule interviews/tests;
  • To send information to applicants about other relevant vacancies.

Processing includes obtaining, recording, holding, organizing, transferring, adapting, amending, recovering, consulting, using, limiting, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning, blocking, destroying and erasing recruitment data.

Please do not provide us with sensitive personal information, i.e. information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health status or sexuality, as well as information regarding criminal convictions.

Please note that you may access all information and results from all steps of the selection procedure relating to you, except those that are comparative information including other candidates and/or reports reflecting the individual opinion(s) of those participating in the process. You are also entitled to the right of your data being accurate and valid, therefore you have the right to ask for your data to be corrected or amended. In some cases, you may also have the right to be forgotten which you can exercise by submitting a formal request. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Your details will be deleted from our recruitment systems within no longer than one year from the date you submitted your application or we collected your information. Applications that do not match any of current or future openings will be deleted within a smaller timeframe
