We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support our staff to ensure a smooth workflow. DESCRIPTION

- A self-motivated, proactive, and customer orientated individual with strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills. One who can apply proper judgement and take initiative without direction. Adaptability is also very important, hence, one who will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
- A strong organizer who can prioritize tasks & achieve goals, while meeting challenging schedules.
- A team player who will demonstrate a collaborative attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues.
- A discrete professional with an exceptional ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A professional with excellent communication skills & interpersonal abilities.
What do your qualifications look like?
- Although a university degree is not mandatory, a related degree, e.g. in Business Administration, will be appreciated.
- Excellent command & usage of Greek & English (at least C1 level), while working knowledge of other languages will be considered a significant plus.
- At least 3 years or previous experience in office management / administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and other relevant software.
- Completed military obligations for male candidates

Our Selection Process
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If you’ve got the skills and the experience we are looking for, you will be invited to have an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll get to find out more about our company & the opportunity, while we can learn more about you.
If things go well, you can then expect 2 – 3 interviews with the hiring team, after which a decision will be made.
