As a Senior Client Manager at Advantage FSE, you will play a critical role in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, and driving revenue targets across a global portfolio of clients. This is a leadership role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, alongside your experience in managing client relationships and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Revenue Targets: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling services, and managing contract renewals.
- Contract Execution: Oversee contract management, including execution, renewals, and adherence to terms, including ongoing maintenance services.
- Client Dedicated Team Management: Work with a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering for the client, ensuring they meet targets and objectives.
- Client Communications: Maintain ongoing communication with the client’s Digital and IT team managers to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Client Roadmap & Timeline Definition: Collaborate with clients to define strategic roadmaps, ensuring their alignment with both business and IT objectives.
- Release Management & Project Planning: Coordinate and manage project releases and timelines, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Project Steering Committee Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports, issues, and updates to the Project Steering Committee, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Internal Client Status Reports: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including detailed status reports on client progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and resolve project risks, issues, impediments, and dependencies, working closely with the team and clients to mitigate disruptions.
