Assistant Accountant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be eager to contribute to the financial operations of a leading FinTech company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and related activities
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Who are we looking for?

We are in search of a university graduate with at least a B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, who brings along the following

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge in accounting software (e.g., PYLON) is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
