As an Advantage FSE Business Analyst, you will be part of our agile team of talented Digital Banking professionals responsible for the analysis of business needs & requirements of our Clients. You will facilitate the design & the implementation of solutions in challenging projects in countries across all 5 Continents.
What will you be doing?
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand what, why and how value can be added efficiently using technology and within reasonable time and cost.
- Identify, analyze & transform business and technical requirements into software solutions through a user-first approach, creating, grooming, and prioritizing a backlog of Epics and User Stories and becoming owner of their “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done”.
- Utilize data and analysis tools and techniques such as Story Mapping, BMPN flows, sequence diagrams and wireframing to drive understanding and ensure completeness & accuracy of business and technical requirements capture.
- Work closely with cross-functional agile teams consisting of UX designers, software engineers, and quality engineers in two-week development & testing Sprints contributing to Backlog prioritization, User Story write-up and refinement.
- Preserve & optimize the functionality and quality of our applications / products, while proactively ensuring the highest level of quality deliverables to our Clients.
- Follow market trends & evolution of Digital Banking worldwide, and propose candidate features for product roadmaps.
