Finance Officer

Description

Αdvantage FSE is looking for a Finance Officer to administer forecasting and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with budget preparation, monitoring and invoicing. The role reports to the Head of Project Management Office and includes the day-to-day management of our financial budgets and procedures under close cooperation with Project Managers and Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Project Payment Milestones under accurate budgets.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Review and implement financial policies.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Process invoices.
  • Process suppliers’ payments.

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 3-5 years working experience as a Finance Officer (or similar role), preferably in Software industry.
  • Excellent command & usage of Greek & English (written & verbal).
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Good understanding of Project Management and client deliverables.
  • Experience using financial software.
  • Expert MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Sharp time management skills.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Completed military obligations for male candidates

Selection Process
