What will you do?
The right incumbent will play an active role in the introduction of innovative practices & policies, while will also be expected to be fully responsible for the smooth operational functioning of our Department as regards the following (indicative presentation):
- Hiring – Hiring process (personnel files, employment contracts, documentation, etc.), Welcoming / Induction process, Buddy program coordination, etc.
- Career Development – Participate in Career Development cycles (evaluation, KPIs, objective setting, reviews, reporting, etc.)
- Professional Development – Training needs analysis, organization of courses, coordination of conferences & external courses’ participation, etc.
- Compensation & Benefits – Assist in salary surveys’ analysis, coordinate salary review process, organize the benefits’ related operational procedures (e.g. group medical program, mobile phones, etc.).
- Employee Club – Participate in activities’ planning, internal communication / promotion, etc.
- Internal Communication – Contribute to the creation / introduction of related means of communication and operational functioning thereafter.
- Reporting – Organize information on our successes & overall operation to support our on-going improvement process and use it in order to promote our work both internally and externally.
- Legal requirements & documentation – Although we are not responsible for the payroll function, our team needs to supervise this function and ensure we are compliant to related labor law requirements.
- General Administration – From filing resumes to processing Group Insurance medical forms, you will be called to put your best organization skills forward and ensure we are efficient & on top of things every moment!
