DESCRIPTION

As a Project Manager at Advantage FSE, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our Digital Banking solutions, managing and coordinating activities that ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients — on schedule, and within the project’s budget. Your duties will include building and maintaining the project plan, facilitate resource allocation, managing all client communication, and proactively identifying and assist in mitigating risks, dependencies, and impediments in executing our projects, while producing internal and client-facing project progress reports.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Create and manage an overall project plan to execute the project’s scope, including a detailed timeline and work breakdown structure, resource allocation and project budget in effort
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Identify, report, escalate, and mitigate project risks, issues, impediments, and dependencies, working closely with internal project teams and clients to mitigate project disruptions.
  • Act as a communication interface with the client regarding deliverables, dependencies, project risks & issues, change management, and sign-offs on project activities and milestones, facilitating effective collaboration between technical, business, management and client teams.
  • Work internally with small cross- disciplined Agile teams including Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, QA Specialists, Analysts, Designers etc.
  • Produce Internal and Client-Facing Project Progress Reports
  • Plan, coordinate and manage project releases to clients and their promotions, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with client expectations.

What do your qualifications look like?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration and related fields
  • 2+ years’ experience in software delivery Project Management / Technical PM
  • Previous experience in Banking, as well as in digital banking software delivery will be considered a plus.
  • Past experience in an international environment across multiple cultures will be appreciated.
  • Familiarity with hybrid software delivery methodology of both Waterfall and Agile Frameworks.
  • Experience and understanding of project management methodologies and tools like MS Project, JIRA and Confluence with the ability to monitor projects and create reports.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, written & verbal, at least C1 Cambridge level.
  • Project Management certification will be considered an appreciated plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Business-Oriented Mindset with the ability to align software deliverables with client business needs and revenue growth, will be considered a plus.

Our Selection Process
