Junior Project Manager

Advantage FSE is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of ongoing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the fintech and banking technology industry, working on projects with global impact.

 

What will you be doing?

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

· Support internal communication, facilitating effective collaboration between technical, business, and client teams.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and collateral materials.

· Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and internal reporting processes.

· Coordinate project meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments.

· Contribute to risk tracking and escalation processes.

What do your qualifications look like?

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships included).

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

· Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

· Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project,).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Our Selection Process

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If you’ve got the skills and the experience we are looking for, you will be invited to have an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll get to find out more about our company & the opportunity, while we can learn more about you.

If things go well, you can then expect a technical assessment, and 2 – 3 interviews with the hiring team, after which a decision will be made.
