QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

DESCRIPTION

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of a team of talented professionals, responsible for optimizing the quality of digital banking project deliverables, thus, ensuring the highest level of quality standards in the solutions provided to our Clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Execution of digital banking applications delivery functional quality assurance.
  • Analyse functional / non-functional requirements & User Stories Acceptance Criteria and convert them into test scenarios/test cases.
  • Identify test data requirements and configiuration.
  • Test case reviews and update the test cases accordingly in a Test Management Tool.
  • Test case execution and report the bugs in bug tracking tool, also retesting.
  • Document defects, report problems found and work closely with our Development team for their resolution.
  • Support Client’s User Acceptance Tests.
  • Produce User Manuals, Product Release Documentation, Application Training Material and Deliver Application Trainings.
  • International travel and working at Client locations may be required.

  • A talented professional, passionate about quality and with a great attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated, customer orientated individual with strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills. One who can apply proper judgement and take decisions for the benefit of our Clients.
  • A strong organizer who can prioritize tasks & achieve goals, while meeting challenging schedules.
  • A team player who can create consensus whilst also challenging ideas & assumptions.
  • Ability to travel internationally for periods of time, implementing projects globally.

What do your qualifications look like?

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree in IT Studies, while a Master’s level degree will be appreciated.
  • English language, at least C1 Cambridge level.
  • Prior experience, 1-3 years in Quality Assurance testing in the Information Technology or Banking.
  • Having worked in an international environment across multiple cultures is desired.

Our Selection Process

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If you’ve got the skills and the experience we are looking for, you will be invited to have an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll get to find out more about our company & the opportunity, while we can learn more about you.

If things go well, you can then expect a technical assessment, and 2 – 3 interviews with the hiring team, after which a decision will be made.
