FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

I WANT TO BE PART OF THE #AFSETEAM. HOW DO I APPLY?

If you want to apply for a specific position that you have seen advertised, simply follow the directions and respond through the relevant platform (e.g. job board, Workable).

If you’d like to work with us but don’t see an open position that fits your interests and skills, you can send your resume to careers@afse.eu to be considered when suitable opportunities become available.

I SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION. WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?

You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your application has been received. Expect this within 3 business days of submitting your application.

Our Talent Acquisition team will then review your application with the relevant hiring team and decide on how to move forward with your application. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you to arrange an initial telephone or online interview. If your application is not shortlisted for the specific position, we may consider you for other open positions or keep your resume on file for up to 1 year to be considered for future opportunities as these come up. If you prefer us to not keep your information on file, let us know by emailing careers@afse.eu – for more information about how we handle your data, please read our Recruitment Privacy Policy.

Depending on the position you have applied for, after a successful first interview, you may be invited for further interviews (typically 2-3) and/or tests. The entire process generally takes 2 to 6 weeks.

When a decision is reached, we close the position and notify all applicants. The successful applicant receives a formal offer and new hire information.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR MY INTERVIEW?

Advantage has a smart casual work environment; no need for formal office wear.
